Balance Out Living was established in 2020 by two industry experts in co-living housing. Balance Out Living believe that co-living accommodation is one of the residential products of the future, within which communities can be formed and residents can enjoy high-quality and beautifully designed private living studios which are supplemented by considerately designed shared spaces and amenities. Their vision is to make the world a happier place by providing spaces, community and lifestyle services, to enable people to live healthy and fulfilled lives, whilst making as positive impact on the world as possible. Balance Out Living’s vision is underpinned by four core pillars: community, wellness, sustainability and social impact.
Claridge Architects is an award-winning RIBA chartered practice established by Marcus Claridge in 2004. It is an emerging, London-based practice known for contemporary, contextual and sensitive designs working predominantly within an urban setting. The scale of its projects range from pop-up pavilions to entire urban blocks with a multitude of programmes and stakeholders. Claridge Architects has expertise designing and delivering projects within the commercial, residential and educational sectors, detailed with precision and subtlety. Informed by the physical and cultural context, it aspires to create design-led architecture that is both contemporary and rooted in its context.
DP9 was established in 2004 as a specialist and independent planning consultancy practice. It is London-based and the majority of its past and current work is within the capital with several projects in the London Borough of Wandsworth.
The Terrapin Group is a public affairs agency specialising in planning. In addition to running stakeholder and community engagement for development projects, Terrapin provides strategic advice on planning and devises political engagement programmes tailored to each borough. Terrapin has worked on large scale redevelopment projects as well as smaller, more bespoke, schemes across London and the South East.
